INKUE History: Over Three Decades of Beauty Device Manufacturing and Innovation

From 1992 to Today — A Professional Beauty Device Manufacturer Growing with the Global Beauty Industry
For more than three decades, INKUE has been committed to one goal: combining technology, manufacturing and beauty innovation to create reliable beauty and wellness solutions.
Founded in Guangzhou, China in 1992, INKUE began its journey as a beauty device manufacturer focused on developing electronic beauty and wellness equipment. Over the years, we have evolved from producing traditional salon machines into a diversified beauty equipment manufacturer serving professional brands, distributors, salons and beauty businesses around the world.
Today, INKUE develops and manufactures a wide range of products, including high frequency beauty devices, plasma beauty devices, home beauty devices, RF beauty devices, microcurrent facial devices, LED red light beauty devices, facial care equipment and other electronic beauty solutions.
Behind every product is more than three decades of manufacturing experience.
This is the story of INKUE.

1992 — The Beginning of INKUE

INKUE began in Guangzhou in 1992, during an important period in the development of China's beauty and wellness industry.
At that time, electronic beauty equipment was still an emerging category. Professional beauty salons were beginning to introduce technologies such as high frequency treatment, ultrasonic facial care and electronic skin care equipment.
INKUE chose to focus on this new market.
From the beginning, the company combined product development, electronic engineering, manufacturing and beauty applications. Rather than simply assembling products, INKUE aimed to become a professional beauty device manufacturer capable of developing practical beauty technologies for real-world applications.
This philosophy established the foundation of today's INKUE beauty device factory.
Our early product development focused on professional beauty equipment and wellness devices, helping INKUE build experience in electronic circuits, high-frequency technology, energy control and beauty equipment manufacturing.
It was the first step in a journey that would continue for more than three decades.

1995 — Early Innovation Gained Recognition

Only a few years after the company's early development, INKUE products began receiving recognition within China's electronics, health and beauty industries.
Historical company materials record awards connected with technology exhibitions and health product exhibitions during the mid-1990s.
For a young beauty equipment manufacturer, these early achievements represented more than awards.
They strengthened a belief that has remained important throughout INKUE's development:
Technology should be the foundation of beauty equipment.
Instead of competing only through appearance or price, INKUE continued investing in electronic technology, product structures and practical beauty applications.
This technology-oriented approach gradually became part of the DNA of the INKUE beauty equipment factory in China.

1999 — Entering a New Stage of Professional Manufacturing

As the business expanded, INKUE entered a more structured stage of development.
Research, production, quality control, sales and product engineering became increasingly integrated.
As a professional beauty device manufacturer in China, INKUE began building a broader product system covering facial care, body care, health care and professional beauty equipment.
Manufacturing experience accumulated year after year.
Circuit design became more mature.
Product structures became more refined.
Quality management became more systematic.
INKUE was gradually transforming from a traditional beauty machine supplier into a technology-oriented beauty equipment manufacturer with its own development and manufacturing capabilities.
In 1993, INKUE's newspaper page featured a variety of articles.

2000s — Building a Complete Beauty Equipment Product System

During the 2000s, the global professional beauty industry expanded rapidly.
Beauty salons required more functions, more compact equipment and increasingly integrated beauty solutions.
INKUE responded by developing a wider range of professional beauty equipment.
Product categories developed during this period included:
High frequency facial machines, ultrasonic beauty equipment, galvanic facial machines, facial steamers, vacuum and spray machines, skin scrubbers, hot and cold beauty devices, multifunction beauty machines, RF beauty equipment and other professional salon devices.
This broad product portfolio helped establish INKUE as a comprehensive beauty equipment manufacturer rather than a supplier focused on only one technology.
Among these technologies, high frequency became one of INKUE's longest-running product categories.

High Frequency Beauty Device Development

The high frequency beauty device has played an important role in INKUE's product history.
High frequency technology was widely used in traditional professional facial care, and INKUE developed multiple generations of high frequency facial machines for both professional and personal beauty applications.
Products such as the BP-7000 became part of INKUE's long-term high frequency product portfolio.
Over time, INKUE developed different types of high frequency beauty devices, including portable high frequency facial machines, high frequency wands, glass electrode beauty devices and high frequency products designed for facial and hair care applications.
Today, INKUE continues to manufacture and develop the high frequency beauty device category.
For international beauty brands and distributors, INKUE can also provide customization for a high frequency facial machine, including housing design, packaging, accessories, glass electrodes, branding and product specifications.
This experience makes high frequency technology one of the most established product capabilities within the INKUE beauty device factory.

From Professional Beauty Machines to OEM Beauty Device Manufacturing

As overseas demand grew, INKUE increasingly worked with international customers rather than focusing only on its own products.
This became an important transition.
INKUE began developing from a traditional manufacturer into an OEM beauty device manufacturer capable of supporting customer brands.
OEM and ODM services gradually became a core part of the company's business.
Today, an international customer may come to INKUE with only an idea.
The INKUE team can then help transform that concept into a manufacturable beauty product through product evaluation, industrial design, electronic development, structural engineering, prototype development, testing and mass production.
As an experienced OEM beauty device manufacturer, INKUE works with beauty brands, importers, distributors, retailers and private-label customers.
Our OEM capabilities can include:
custom product appearance;
custom functions;
custom PCB and electronic solutions;
custom packaging;
logo printing;
private-label beauty devices;
product accessories;
and complete product development.
This enables INKUE to provide more than manufacturing.
We provide a complete custom beauty device manufacturing solution.

Private Label and Custom Beauty Devices

Modern beauty brands need differentiation.
A standard product is often not enough.
For this reason, INKUE has continued strengthening its capabilities as an OEM beauty device manufacturer and private-label beauty equipment supplier.
Customers can develop private label beauty devices based on existing INKUE platforms or create completely new products according to market requirements.
A project may begin with an idea for a home beauty device, high frequency machine, plasma device, RF facial device, microcurrent product or LED beauty device.
Our engineering and manufacturing teams then evaluate the technology, product structure, user experience and production feasibility.
This combination of engineering and manufacturing is an important advantage of working directly with a professional beauty device manufacturer.
Instead of managing multiple independent suppliers, customers can work with one experienced beauty device factory throughout product development and production.

2010s — From Manufacturing Experience to Engineering Capability

As beauty electronics became more sophisticated, the technical requirements of beauty devices changed significantly.
Products required more accurate voltage control, frequency control, pulse output, safety protection, digital interfaces and intelligent electronic systems.
INKUE continued investing in these areas.
During this period, the company's research increasingly expanded from complete machine design into deeper electronic and control technologies.
Patents related to energy equipment, electronic control systems and wellness devices reflected this evolution.
For INKUE, innovation was no longer only about adding a new function.
It was increasingly about improving the technology behind that function.
This engineering capability later became particularly important for the development of advanced home beauty devices, plasma technology, microcurrent products and other compact electronic beauty equipment.

Plasma Beauty Device — A New Generation of Beauty Technology

As beauty technology continued to evolve, plasma became another important area of product development.
A plasma beauty device uses controlled electronic technology to create plasma-related beauty applications in a compact device format.
Compared with traditional large salon equipment, the development of a modern plasma beauty machine requires careful integration of electronics, voltage management, structural insulation, safety design and user experience.
These requirements match many of INKUE's long-term engineering strengths.
Today, INKUE develops and manufactures plasma beauty devices for international beauty markets.
Our product development can cover portable plasma devices, plasma facial products and customized plasma skin care devices for OEM and ODM customers.
For brands developing a new plasma beauty device, INKUE can provide support from concept and electronics to housing design, prototyping and manufacturing.
The development of the plasma category represents an important evolution for INKUE:
from manufacturing traditional beauty machines to creating smaller, smarter and more technology-intensive beauty devices.

2019–2022 — Strengthening Technology and R&D

With decades of accumulated product knowledge, research and development became an increasingly important part of INKUE.
The company continued developing technologies related to electronic beauty equipment, energy control and wellness devices.
Recognition as a high-tech enterprise during this stage reflected the growing role of research and technology within the company.
For a beauty equipment manufacturer, long-term competitiveness requires more than production capacity.
It requires the ability to understand technology.
It requires engineers.
It requires product development experience.
And most importantly, it requires the ability to transform a design into a reliable mass-produced product.
These capabilities became central to INKUE's development as an OEM and ODM beauty device manufacturer.

Home Beauty Device — Bringing Professional Technology Home

One of the biggest changes in the beauty industry has been the rapid growth of the home beauty device market.
Technologies that once existed mainly in salons are increasingly being redesigned into compact products for personal use.
Consumers now expect beauty technology to be portable, attractive, easy to use and suitable for everyday routines.
INKUE has responded to this trend by developing a growing portfolio of home beauty devices.
These products can combine technologies such as:
RF radio frequency;
microcurrent;
EMS;
LED red light;
high frequency;
plasma;
heating;
massage;
and other electronic skin care technologies.
Developing a successful home beauty device requires a different approach from designing traditional salon equipment.
The product must be smaller.
The interface must be simpler.
The appearance must match modern consumer electronics.
The technology must operate consistently within a compact structure.
These requirements have led INKUE to combine decades of beauty equipment experience with modern consumer product design.
As an experienced home beauty device manufacturer, INKUE supports both existing products and customized projects for international beauty brands.

RF, Microcurrent and LED Beauty Device Innovation

The evolution of the beauty market continues.
RF, EMS, microcurrent and LED technologies have become increasingly important in modern beauty electronics.
INKUE continues developing products that combine traditional beauty technology with new consumer expectations.
An RF beauty device requires stable energy control.
A microcurrent beauty device requires accurate current output.
An LED beauty device requires thoughtful wavelength selection, optical design and electronic control.
A modern home beauty device may combine several of these technologies into one compact product.
For an experienced beauty device manufacturer, the challenge is not simply to add more functions.
The challenge is to make all technologies work together in a practical, reliable and manufacturable product.
That is where decades of engineering experience become valuable.

From Made in China to Developed and Manufactured in China

The role of Chinese manufacturing has changed dramatically since INKUE began its journey.
In the early years, international customers often looked to China primarily for manufacturing.
Today, customers increasingly expect Chinese suppliers to provide design, engineering, innovation and complete product development.
INKUE has grown together with this transformation.
We are not simply a beauty equipment factory in China producing products according to drawings.
We increasingly work with customers at the beginning of the product-development process.
A customer may describe a target market, product concept or technology.
Our team can then help develop that concept into a real product.
This is the direction of the modern OEM beauty device manufacturer.
Manufacturing remains important.
But engineering creates value before manufacturing begins.
